Jonathan Webb is a sound designer and audio producer working across film, art and narrative audio.

He makes documentaries for BBC Radio and specialises in creative audio production for museums and heritage contexts, moving image projects and podcasts.

Jonathan’s work is driven by an interest in the creative reuse of archival materials, and the ways in which arts + culture stories can be imaginatively explored and reinterpreted through sound.

Services include: sound design and mixing, audio editing and restoration, archive research and music supervision.

In the past Jonathan produced live events for Sonic Arts Network and Sound and Music, and was one half of the music and sound design studio Golden Hum, where he worked with brands including Apple, Prada and Nike.

Jonathan graduated from The University of Edinburgh’s Masters by Research Sound Design programme in 2017.
